1.1 These Terms and Conditions are part of the Agreement between you (as a Driver) and us (being Ready Rides Pvt Ltd operated as VanGo Rentals). The Agreement concerns your use and hire of one of our Vehicles.
1.2 Where you are a corporate entity and you hire our Vehicle(s) for business purposes, these Terms and Conditions bind you and each of your employees, contractors, subcontractors or other assigns that have possession of the Vehicle (Personnel). It is your responsibility to ensure that your Personnel are aware of these Terms and Conditions and comply with them at all times.
1.3 We agree to hire one of our Vehicles to you for the Rental Period, and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You confirm and agree all information provided by you in connection with this Agreement, including your contact details, are true and correct.

2.2 In the event of any inconsistency between the above documents, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.
Accessories – Any equipment set out in the Booking Confirmation.
Agreed Rental Period – The pre-agreed duration of the rental.
Agreement – As defined in clause 2.1.
Additional Charges – Charges set out in Schedule 1.
Authorised Driver – The Driver and any Additional Drivers.
Booking Confirmation – The rental confirmation sent to your email.
Cover Amount – Amount shown on the Booking Confirmation.
Driver – You.
Incident – Any accident, damage, loss or injury involving the Vehicle.
Vehicle – The rented vehicle including accessories.

The Rental Period starts on the agreed date and ends when the Vehicle is returned and inspected.
You must not use the vehicle:
Offroad use is only allowed if stated in your Booking Confirmation.
You are responsible for any damage or loss unless proven not your fault.
You are covered under our group insurance. Liability is limited to the Cover Amount unless waiver exclusions apply.
Waiver does not cover:
24/7 roadside assistance is provided. Customer fault callouts charged minimum $150.

You must inform us within 24 hours, report to police if needed and provide photos.
Agreement may be terminated for non-payment, breach or illegal use.
Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
GST applies. NZ law governs this agreement.
